Nicole’s place was cozy and clean. Great pillows, super comfortable bed, tidy space, and an ideal location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Nicole was an excellent host. Responded to our requests in a short time. 5 star experience. Spotless and very attractively decorated. Outside area was an added bonus. Pool and recreational area was a great place to hang out after the beach. Walkable to beach and local restaurants. Kooky’s had a fabulous cuban sandwich. Crabby Bill’s was a fun place for live music. Beach was the best part. Beautiful sand and water. We enjoyed lots of time there and really enjoyed the chairs, umbrella and cooler that was available. Nicole has thought of everything that would make the stay enjoyable.

We loved our stay last year so much that we booked it again. We have done Sunset and Sunrise and both are great for different reasons. Nicole is extremely responsive and accommodating. Everything is there for you without any stress. We will definitely be staying there again. Thanks!

Great amenities. A lot available to keep three teen boys busy from the hot tub to the fishing poles, boogie boards for the beach and then paddle boards and kayaks for the bay area. Good recommendations for dinners and groceries. We were able to have a mixture of cook in nights and eating out. Wagons and chairs were great for the short walk to the beach. We are so glad we picked this place vs a beach side condo. The variety for our family so well. Thank you for a great place.

We had a fantastic weekend stay and would absolutely recommend this place! The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the Notre Dame campus and also close to great restaurants in downtown South Bend, which made everything super convenient. Nicole was wonderful to work with, quick to respond, flexible with the check-in and check-out process, and very helpful with local recommendations that made our trip even better. The house itself had so much to offer. The hot tub and game room were a huge hit, not just for the kids, but for the adults too! It really made for a fun and relaxing experience for everyone. We’d definitely come back!

We had a great stay! Nicole was very communicative and friendly with any questions/concerns we had! The space was a little cozy and there isn’t a dresser (just something to note, not necessarily a problem as the closet had plenty of space). The unit was located right near the beach, had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described, which made everything feel easy and stress-free from the start. The amenities were great, including the grill for a night in, and we especially appreciated having all the beach gear we needed—it made enjoying the beach across the street so convenient. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There were others staying in the attached complexes, but we were the only ones enjoying the pool most of the time and it was quiet. Communication was also smooth and easy throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

This was a beautiful spot. You could walk to restaurants, cafe’s, stores and the beach! Hot tub was fantastic! We loved sitting on the bay side as well! Such a beautiful view! Definitely would recommend and come again

This was my second time at Nicole's place. I stayed at Sunset this time before it was Sunrise. I love the location! The amenities are icing on the cake. The property itself is much more than the pictures show. It's a slice of heaven, nestled so perfectly in IRB. My go to for a complete reset!
