We had a great 5-day stay at Nicole’s place! Check-in was easy. We were allowed to check in early without incurring an additional fee. Although the unit is somewhat small, it was great for just the two of us. It was super clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable with numerous pillows. The heated pool was a plus during the somewhat cooler January weather. So many amenities were available for use. The newer bikes were a great help make the ride to Publix or Walmart a 10-minute trip rather than a 45 minute walk. Everything needed for the beach was provided: chairs, beach towels, Bluetooth speaker, coolers, and a cart to haul everything! With the beach access just across the street, we could make a quick trip back home if need be. The property has 3 units, so you may need to share pool space and some of the beach amenities if others are also staying. But it would also allow for multiple couples or families to rent together. We would stay again!

We loved our stay over Christmas. Our mornings and evenings were spent in the peaceful backyard. The beautiful beach is a simple five minute walk which is where our afternoons and sunsets were spent. The home had everything we needed, chairs, wagon, towels, blankets, coffee, and more, and more. We even took advantage of the hot tub and fishing- caught a bunch of fish from the private dock. So much to do nearby! The neighborhood is really one of a kind and we can’t wait to come back soon! Thank you for hosting us!

Beautiful place. Right on the water, a block or so from the beach. Entire place was spotless. Lots of towels, dishes, blankets, and even water in the fridge. The hot tub was clean and heated on arrival. The building is shared with a few other air bnbs which I didn’t realize, no one else was in the using the hot tub/ outside area but that may be a possibility. You can tell the host put in a lot of time in to stocking and making sure you have everything you could need. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.

We had a wonderful 3 night-stay at Nicole's Unit #A on 805 Gulf Blvd, IRB. Her place was as described and extremely clean. The king bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The location was walkable to 2-3 restaurants just south of us and a great little breakfast spot, The Grove, just to the North - both were a 10 min. walk. The beach access was directly across the street and on the way back we stopped at Kooky Coconuts for a Tampa Cuban sandwich and ice cream. Highly recommended. The beach chairs and sand buggy provided by the property came in handy. The pool was cozy and the outdoor space around the unit is private. We will definitely be back for a future visit! We spent 4 nights in this lovely home. I can’t say enough good things about this property, we absolutely loved it! The location is super convenient to campus. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are super comfy. We found everything to be very clean and the decor appears to be recently updated. Nicole was quick to respond when we reached out about a dining recommendation and also when we requested to extend our stay by 1 day/night. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay. I grew up in the area and frequently return from Texas to visit family. This was one of the best rentals we've used in the last 12 years. Lots of new updates, well appointed with kitchen items, linens and everything else you would need. It was too cold to use the SUP and kayaks on this trip but they would have been perfect in the secluded bay behind the duplex. We didn't even jump in the hot tub this time but will on the next trip! Thank you for providing a great place for R&R. We'll be back!

Nicole’s spot is a 10/10 recommendation. She was extremely responsive and accommodating, not to mention the heated pool was a super plus in this “winter” Florida weather. The spot itself was just as described, super cozy and a home away from me home vibe. We will definitely come back during the hotter months to take advantage of the beach being right down the block!

This is the best air bnb we have ever stayed at. Amenities beyond what you can imagine. Location is perfect and everything was exactly as listed. Nicole was so kind, responsive and helpful. She did not cut corners on anything and there was nothing that she didn’t provide. If you want great location, beautiful views, and an outstanding host, I highly suggest this wonderful home!

Our stay at Nicole's was fantastic. everything was as described, the beach is just a few steps away. the pool was great and absolutely loved all the additional items available to us with an infant. I would recommend and would stay again.

If you’re reading this, stop and book your stay now. This was by far the most generous vacation rental we’ve ever had. It had everything we could possibly need during our stay. We’ve never had so many options for coffee supplied at a rental and had a great coffee shop nearby. Everything was like new, comfortable and super clean. The location is amazing and it’s super easy to access both the beach and the main intracoastal channel. We loved getting everywhere we wanted to go locally on the supplied beach cruiser bikes. It was a fantastic stay and we’ll be back!
