We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described, which made everything feel easy and stress-free from the start. The amenities were great, including the grill for a night in, and we especially appreciated having all the beach gear we needed—it made enjoying the beach across the street so convenient. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There were others staying in the attached complexes, but we were the only ones enjoying the pool most of the time and it was quiet. Communication was also smooth and easy throughout our stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to others!

This is such a great find. Right across from the beautiful beach with EVERYTHING you could need to enjoy a day on the beach. There are tons of restaurants close by. The space was spotless and there was plenty of privacy even with the other two units. This is a great find!

This is the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, well decorated, great location, excellent amenities, the works. It was perfect for a workcation. I even saw a dolphin while working outside! Highly recommend.

Amazing location and property. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants, amazing views, and an immaculate home. I highly recommend this location to anyone thinking of spending some time in Indian Rocks Beach and the host was incredible.

The place is beautiful and clean. Outside is awesome for free entertainment! Heated pool, yard games, beautiful setting. We were there during a cold snap for the area, but Nicole made it possible to get that pool as warm as it could be. There is road noise but that is not bothersome to us. All parts of the unit are truly clean. It is small but it did not impact our short trip negatively at all. My husband had the sofa bed and said he was surprised at how comfortable it is. I shared the king bed with 2 kids and it is also very comfortable. Awesome place and awesome hosts! Just book it!

This was the perfect place for us! The house is stunning, clean, has so many things for you to do, and the location was amazing. Nicole was very nice and responsive if we had questions. I would love to come back and would recommend this place to anyone!

We had a wonderful time at your place. We appreciate your hospitality! She thought of everything-from the box fan to the all the coffee (my favorite 😃). We have been to Airbnb’s and still had to go to the store to buy things to accommodate. But she thought of everything you need to make your stay perfect. Thanks again, and if we’re ever back in IRB, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Nicole's place was in a perfect location for our winter getaway. We were able to walk to several sights of interest and local restaurants (great recommendations). Sunset on the beach, only steps away, was spectacular. Other points of interest were within a short drive. The heated pool and shared outdoor area was a plus at this time of year. The suite was cozy, immaculate, and the kitchen was well equipped. Nicole was proactive in her communication, ensuring we had everything we needed.

We had a great 5-day stay at Nicole’s place! Check-in was easy. We were allowed to check in early without incurring an additional fee. Although the unit is somewhat small, it was great for just the two of us. It was super clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. The king bed was very comfortable with numerous pillows. The heated pool was a plus during the somewhat cooler January weather. So many amenities were available for use. The newer bikes were a great help make the ride to Publix or Walmart a 10-minute trip rather than a 45 minute walk. Everything needed for the beach was provided: chairs, beach towels, Bluetooth speaker, coolers, and a cart to haul everything! With the beach access just across the street, we could make a quick trip back home if need be. The property has 3 units, so you may need to share pool space and some of the beach amenities if others are also staying. But it would also allow for multiple couples or families to rent together. We would stay again!

We loved our stay over Christmas. Our mornings and evenings were spent in the peaceful backyard. The beautiful beach is a simple five minute walk which is where our afternoons and sunsets were spent. The home had everything we needed, chairs, wagon, towels, blankets, coffee, and more, and more. We even took advantage of the hot tub and fishing- caught a bunch of fish from the private dock. So much to do nearby! The neighborhood is really one of a kind and we can’t wait to come back soon! Thank you for hosting us!
